This is the company Handbook we use at my building company that I developed with our HR lawyer (a $5000 and 3-month investment). This document is meant to be a template for you to use and it is strongly recommended that you have your council review this prior to implementing. How to use:

Download the document into Microsoft Word (or similar)

Search by pressing Crtl+F for the bracket symbol “[“ everything that needs to be edited is in brackets. Ex. [Company Name] <<you would enter you Company Name here and remove the brackets.

Review with your council for implementation, please note this was made for a Massachusetts residential construction company with less than 20 employees.
